These apartments are by far NOT LUXURY apartments as advertised. They are somewhat new. However the manager will promise you the moon. I was promised new carpet, that the balding grass was to be repaired, pained accent walls and that I would have a 3rd floor Gulf facing unit. Instead I was double booked for an apartment, and one day before moving was informed of this with only two units to choose from.
