I received a charge on my prepaid phone from dada. I call them and ask how and why they charge me and some guy by the name of Austin stated that I had a membership with them since March, 2009. I told him there was no way that my prepaid phone was a business phone and I never went on the internet with it. I had proof and I wanted my money back. I also asked him why it showed that I was a member since March, 2009 and the charge came in on October 26, 2010! He stated that they did not give refunds!
