We called Around the Clock Locksmith because myself and my room mate locked ourselves out by accident. He showed up, asked for my license, and than gave us an initial estimate of $395 for a "house unlocking" fee. He tried to pick the lock for 20 minutes and couldn't get in because the lock was so rusted out so he had to replace the knob/lock. He went back to this van, asked for my receipt back that he gave initially gave me, and than printed off a new invoice with a new amount of $525.27!
