model # 34660032-121 090902 When the screen is pulled down, the lower glass is not all the way down. there for flies, mosquitoes, even lizards have been caught in between the two windows, and work their way up to the screen, into the house. I have contacted you on this issue before, and you sent me #2013203 and was told to install it. Not working. Please solve this issue. read full review »
