Comcast comes out fixes the problem. 6-7 hours later, the cable, internet & phone all go out AGAIN. 5 days without anything. Then they tell me that the daily cost is $2 & something which for 5 days is $19.38, when you do the math it is $20.15 for 30 days of service but they tell you your wrong. They cause your cell to go over in minutes & they want to compensate you 20$. Where is the guaranteed satisfaction?
