i bought an extended warranty on my vehichle, when i spoke to the man on the phone it was stated to me that if i did not use any part of the policy at any point i would be refended my money in full. due to the fact that i lost my job and could no lnger pay for this i terminated my policy and tried to get a refund, which i was told that thry would keep over a third of it. the man i spoke with which was a george jones was very rude and said there was no way i could speak to a supervisor. at that point i stated to him that o i would be contacting... read full review »
