I called about perchesing a blutooth head set and they informed me that all I had to do is match it to my phone and start using it. I then went in and they told me how simple it was and explained how to use it. but not once did they inform me on the phone or in the store that there was an activation fee for the headset. I found that out on my own after my bill was sent out and I had to call the toll free number. Seems to me they are after credits for their selves more than they inform their cusomers about hidden cost and taxes. I thought the customer was the most importent, not the employee. read full review »
