Electronica Direct is by far the worst seller that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with on Amazon.com. I was mislead by their description of the product (they have since pulled the advertisement, but I copied the website before they removed it.) I was lied to, they told me in an email that the Blu-Ray “is compatible with Region A and Region B. Region C is untested.” Which it is not!
