To say this company has poor customer service is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Besides my phone not working in less than 3 months, calling customer service (which is in India) gets you no place. I received no help in the cricket store, then when I called customer service I was hung up on 3 TIMES!!!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! P.S. They also go by Leap and Jump mobile. Tommorrow I'm filing a complaint with The Better Bussiness Bureau. read full review »
