I reserved a room with cheapostay.com on 10/14/2010 and the funds were taken out of my bank account on 10/18/2010. As we were checking out of the hotel they told us they hadnt recieved any information or verifications from cheapostay, so i had to pay again. When the hotel tried to call them on a saturday to get the information chaepo said they couldnt give out the information until monday.
