My 2007 Honda civic Hybrid's (whose advertised MPG is 50) Miles per gallon has fallen from 46 mpg to 36 mpg after the first 2 years. I am enrolled in Honda care warranty contract # V003022051, but they are refusing to cover the cost of diagnosing the problem. I am the same driver, same commute and same driving habits, nothing has changed, but mpg has fallen by 10 mpg. Honda should cover the diagnosis cost and fix the problem. read full review »
