i purchased 2 phones and they had a $30.00 rebate on each, the store mgr.said he had to send and take care of my rebate because he had no rebate forms in-store, HOW CONVIENT, and would'nt you know it it's been over 2 months and i still have not recieved my rebates.$60.00 may not be alot of money to them, but it is to a family who lives on a fixed income.i feel i was fed a BIG line of B---S---! i am ready to call an attorney about this matter.this company has no complaint dept.to assist customers, no customer skills .THEY ARE RUDE!I AM READY TO GO ELSE WHERE AS OF TODAY! read full review »
