I purchased a DCS grill from them approx 3 years ago, High end stainless steel . I spent quite of money. They recommended this unit to me as I was actually looking to purchase a Viking grill. Now I am experiencing rust on some of the components and the tell me the warranty only cover "RUST THRU" . They offer no other help or solutions. Sure they are "REAL PEOPLE" when they are selling you something thing, but after the sale they act like robots. Do not buy from them. Buy local and get real service. read full review »
