I used B & N for awhile when I first started downloading e-books back in early 2010 to rean on the B&N e-drader. At one point, I bought a book that wouldn't download. Contacted them, they gave me credit for it, no prob. Some months later, after they launched their Nook reader, I again purchased a book to downloan on my iPhone. Didn't download.
