I ordered my costume and a pair of heels on October 13th. Days went by and I never recieved an email with a tracking number. I went to my order status page on the website and still no number I was nervous but with 2 weeks till halloween I didnt worry too much. On October 21 I received a package opened it up and the only thing there were my shoes. No costume. I read the slip and it said they would ship it sepertaly in 3-5 business days.
