In May 2010 I ordered 2 wigs from Wig Salon's website. The color on both was extremely different from the way they looked on line and 1 of the 2 wigs appeared used. I promptly returned both and asked for a refund. Joseph Estes (owner?) told me they did not give refunds but "since I had returned them immediately, he would for-go the restocking fee and allow me to reselect.
