OK my patience are wearing thin and yes I agree there needs to be some kind of lawsuit to OCWEN. I was recently transfered to OCWEN in Sept. previously I had made payment arrangements with my previous lender and evertyhing would be caught up and up to date December 1, 2010. WOO What a relief... However, OCWEN purchased my loan in the meantime. They told me that they are not required by law to accept the previous lenders payment arrangments. GGGRRR what am I to do????
