BEWARE! Purchase Larson Door Model # 34920 if you want to run the risk of MANY days of aggravation, personal insults, condesending lectures, and lack of customer support. The installer is at fault with Larson. This could be true in some cases, but when the " installer" has hung 100's of Larson doors, follows ALL video, written, and verbal instructions, and properly uses EVERY TOOL that is shown in the TOOLS NEEDED list, then the factory must take responsibility for their product and its engineering.
