this platinum online group withdreww 99.00 dollars from my account wich put me in the negitive and have a 25.00 bounce fee, not only did i not authorize this but would like to know how they gopt my information, i cancelled a debit card onj the week of the 19th oct, and this was withdrawn from me on the 26th?? not only have i left messages and recieved no call back but am filling a finacial fraud/identity affidavid with my bank . i told the live opperator that this was regarding a fraudulant charge and want to speak to a supervisor or higher... read full review »
