I have been working with Bank of America for 18 months on loan modification. First of all, they wouldn't even talk to me unless I was behind. I was forced to play their game. I paid them "trial" payments for 11 months, all before they were even due. I finally get a modification package which noone has been able to talk to me about. I was told that was their offer and it was not negotiable. The only thing they addressed was the payment.
