I thought all was lost and I would not be able to the smokes I had ordered for years when Obama stepped on our rights again with the PACT act. The Mail Order companies told us they were probably done because no on would deliver under the PACT rules. NAPAREX took this on and even though it take 3 - 4 weeks from time of order I'm finally getting my cigs. Tehy have been pleasant to deal with and have told me the delivery time frame will improve a greatdeal as they integrate with their agents.
