My wife order a furnace from this company four months ago and was told it was on back order. We waited over a month and called 4 times or so and finally reached someone who said it was still on back order. I asked for a refund and they said they would do it "right away". It's now been 3 more months and no refund. Our called and emails have gone unanswered. It appears a Dana Kamide is the owner although he uses a different name in him corp filings. This company is just ripping off their customers with no product delivered or phone calls answered, ever. STAY AWAY!!! read full review »
