I know a person who is planning to loan in a bank in Dubai, he will not pay for it and he planned not to go back in Dubai after getting the loan. I really don't know what are the rules there in Dubai. What will be the charge case for him? Can he be block by the immigration? Banks, please beware of these persons. read full review »
