After buying from VitaGlo for many years without incident, I finally had the misfortune of experiencing what so many others here have reported. My most recent order, also my last ever, was shipped with one item being substituted for another that had been ordered. The replacement contained chocolate and nuts which was a problem due to an allergy. I called to inquire about the switch and was informed that the item order was no longer being made, so they switched it.
