I applied for a refinance with Wells Fargo 5 months ago and was presently surprisefd to be conditionally approved about three weeks into the process. I was sceptical since my research into the company pulled up so many complaints. After many delays, expenses and fees, monthly pulls of my credit report, unreasonable and duplicate requests for information, and general incompetence, i received notice today that a refinance on my home was considered too risky. It seems WF could have given me this response a long time ago. I am now applying to with another company just to avoid dealing with this despicable one. read full review »
