I ordered the product 10/13/2010 and had not received it by 10/18/2010. I called and stated I knew about the 10 day trial, so I wanted to cancel. They stated they would extend my trial until Nov 1st. Since the product was not effective I called back on 10/28/2010 to cancel. While on hold I noticed my bank account had a pending $74.26 charge from Diet Max. Finally they answered and I explained I wanted to cancel, the guy tried first to talk me out of it and stated it takes time.
