Company is an absolute joke. When I joined, they sent me 2 phones, even though I only ordered one. They charged me for both and never refunded me. This is after calling who knows how many times, being "disconnected" a number of times, even by the supervisor who I was actually able to talk to after 4 prior hang-ups. They said they would have the phone picked up by Fed Ex. Never happened. Now I have a second situation where they charged me twice and supposedly refunded one of the charges.
