Customer care stinks - After ordering my camera online for a good price I was happy with my purchase. That was before I got an email telling me that I had to call before the order would be processed. I thought this was a good security practice but it was only an excuse for high pressure sales. After the guy badgered me to buy more stuff I "absolutely needed" he tacked on a $30.00 insurance charge that is not memtioned on the website when you place your order.
