I had the unfortunate experience of doing business with campusbookstores.net when I ordered a used textbook through the abebooks.com website. The book was described as being in good condition but when it arrived it smelled like it had been drenched in Pine-Sol - you could smell the book when you entered the room it was that potent. So I requested to a return label so I could get a refund and was told "I cannot authorize a return for a full refund because of a fresh and clean scent". FRESH AND CLEAN SCENT! Are you kidding me?
