Here is a copy of the letter I sent to DNA Diagnostics a year after my first contact with them. I sent a copy to the BBB who subsequently contacted the laboratory. They were as unsuccessful I was at attaining a response. They suggested I contact the liscensing board in Texas with my complaint. That will be my next step.
