I'm inclined to go with Sophie on this one, it has a bad rep at Web Of Trust as a phishing operation, it's odd that a site allegedly offering benefits to Canadians is American, and odder still that the other version of it is in Chinese. Are there that many Chinese high-income earners in Western Canada?
