We have had an import business in the Miami Design District for 20 years, for most of which we have used Bell South (now AT&T). We switched to a much cheaper provider in June of this year. Our complaint is that after our 3 year contract with AT&T expired on September 2009, they automatically renewed our contract for another 3 years without proper notice (as is required in our contract with them).
