This company says they can get your mortgage modified to a low fixed rate. They guarantee in writing if they accept you as a client they will get your mortgage modified or they will refund your money. They charge you $3000.00 in 3 equal payments. We paid them and after 3 months they said the mortgage company wouldn't work with them b/c we were not behind in our payments so they told us to stop making payments.
