I bought a David Weekley home under construction in 2008. Since 1985 I have bought previously two new home from other builders in Austin TX, but this one by far was the worst experience anyone could have. Their warranty service is really really bad. In the past 2 years, my house has been flooded due to bad roofing. They have been in my house for repair over 25 times and still not fixed. I had AC issues in the middle of summer for months.
