10/16/2010 This is a formal /personal complaint regarding NYSEG’S business practices as well as their abuse of “Power” and I don’t mean electric or gas. On Thursday October 14th I received a call from my daughter. She said our electricity had just been turned off. ”Some guy from NYSEG shut the power off and came to the door to give me a notice”.
