Incompetent and selfish - I ordered a phone to be delivered to one of their stores, I went there and they said the delivery failed, they later sent me an email to say that it is now at the store (at their own convenience) so I shud go pick it up. I couldn't obviously as I didnt have the chance then. 7 days later they said the phone had been returned and I will be refunded, that was fine. a week later I didnt get the refund for £107 so I called and they said they'll ship me a cheque (which takes 28 days to arrive). 28 days later... read full review »
