My bank informed me this morning that there was an electronic check issued for $49.98 in my checking account. I called the number that my bank gave me. Upon pulling up the information in their system, the membership was under a different name with all my information, such as mailing address, email address, social security number, and the like. I was transferred to a supervisor and she immediately cancelled the membership and sent an email confirming this. She provided me with the cancellation confirmation number and IP address of the computer that was used for the application and advised me to forward it to the bank as this is a case of fraud. read full review »
