I gave Stores On Line a $500 deposit and within a few days I complained of bad customer service. The next day I complained in writing and got no satisfaction. Sol has a 24/7 LIVE CHAT which is major part of their customer support. I never was able to log on to LIVE CHAT. I followed all their direction, finally receiving written directions, which included lowering security settings and needlessly updating Java.
