Sears first had the wrong Sony Bravia tv delivered to my home. When I called in, I was told that nothing could be done and that I would have to come in. After finding the Bravia we had expected to get, the cash register would not accept my check. I checked with my bank and I did have more than enough to to cover the check. When the manager walked off saying that there was nothing I could do, I took my custom to Costco and had no trouble there. In the meantime, the orginal tv sits in my living room more than 24 hours later. read full review »
