Same thing happened to me. A debit of $49.98 was on my checking account which I did not authorize. Called customer service and cancelled my supposedly membership i agreed upon when applying a loan. rep told that me that It was cancelled. Asked if i will be getting my money back, informed that it's between 3-5 business days. Waited for that refund, luckily I got it back. read full review »
