I too was a victim of this unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account. They will inform you that an authorization was made with either a voice or digital signature with the use of a mouse. I don't remember doing anything like that so I called their customer service and ask to cancel whatever this is and ask for my money back. They cancelled and refunded my money back.
