Naca is a fraud; they take you through a long process and hold your file for years they tell you everything is okay and then say they cannot work with you. Do not trust them. They may help some but it is not the norm find another program for home purchase. There are plenty of good programs. Even try going through your bank. If you do not have a response with in 3weeks leave Naca. The oakland branch has the laziest manager, she does not like to work and is prejudice, she does not help any one at all. read full review »
