I ordered a Kohler tub back on 9/13 and they told me in an email it would ship from Kohler on 9/20 to them and they would ship it out. They offered me the same thing another complained about that if I wanted to pay more money to get it sooner I could. I declined and decided that 9/20-27 arrival would be fine. On 10/12, still no tub.
