Only 15 years after installation, 5 of my 8 Marvin windows need to be replaced because the frames, sills and even some sashes, have rotted. The only 3 that don't need replacement are located under a porch roof. I purchased the windows with Marvin's now discontinued "Flexicron" finish. During shipping the Flexicron finish cracked at the seams. Marvin sent several representatives to check out the problem.
