Nice option that is close to home, great machines and free weights available. Unfortunately, this is not a compliment. Frequently the open shift is NOT there. Supposed to open at 5:00 am, it's not 6:42 and we're outside waiting to get it. Happens quite often, now I missed today's workout! I'm on a planned routine for a reason! The website doesn't offer info on who to contact with complaints, and we've advised of people being late on a nubber of occassions, obviously to no avail!
