I ordered from Botach in July, 2010. I received an e-mail on July 29, 2010 from Sonia stating that they had some items on backorder, and would I be willing to wait 2-3 weeks for my order to be fulfilled. I wrote back a few days later and told her that I would wait 3 weeks, but if not fulfilled at that time to cancel my order. Sonia wrote back and verified that she had received my response.
