This is the worse most inept company I have ever seen. My internet NEVER works over 2 weeks without having to schedule a service call. Recently Medicom had complaints from 25 households in my area. They corrected the problem - for about 9 days, which is good for them. I am writing this from a wireless connection at Starbucks because my Mediacom home service isn't working, again.
