I bought a 1200.00 laptop from gainsaver thinking that it was a legitimate and good company. When my Macbook stopped working and the screen would not light up I returned it per their specifications. The guy who removed the hard drive information for me before I returned it used to be a tech for IBM and informed me that the hard drive was about to crash anyway. They had told me it was a new or hardly used hard drive.When I called them they told me they could not replace my laptop and that they could not give me store credit.
