Not a complaint really its just ive noticed alot of the threads on here could have been avoided by reading the work order!!! i actually had a customer ask me "do you read everything you sign?" ARE YOU SERIOUS! yes of course i do. now im n0t saying all dtv employees are great...infact most are just worried about time on the phone... but there are some who really do care about getting your prob resolved and trust me the calls are constantly monitored so if you were just flat up lied to then that rep was prob not there to much longer. i... read full review »
