I purchased an ottoman on line thru JC Penny and i alos purchased earrings in the JC penny store both back in September 09 and now I'm getting charged $9.95 membership fee from some company called SB Perfect Home. I never joined this, don't know who they are and I want my money back. They've stolen $20 so far. Two amounts of $9.95 one in September and another in October. read full review »
